The Google Apps WebPage is available with all versions of BackStage but is only visible to the BackStage account holder(s).  The page allows Google Apps account login details to be added to the BackStage database allowing BackStage to update the respective Google Apps calendars with schedule details.

Unlike the Schedule WebPages where the displayed schedule details are selected by the BackStage account holder(s), the Google Apps calendars get updated with all schedule information that is uploaded and is hence intended for staff members who want to know all up-and-coming schedule details as soon as they are available.
