The SMS WebPage is visible to both Staff and the BackStage account holder(s). It provides a view of all SMS texts that have been sent, selectable by date, and their content and status. Sometimes SMS texts are not delivered, usually because the mobile phone number doesn't exist or without an international prefix. If a text could not be delivered, the cost of sending it is automatically re-credited to the BackStage account. This page is automatically updated the second you send a SMS text from BackStage on your desktop.
The page also allows more SMS credits to be purchased. BackStage will not send any SMS texts unless there are sufficient credits available. In the case of sending bulk SMS credits, there must be enough credits for all recipients to receive the SMS text before BackStage will send the SMS text.
One SMS credit is enough to send any SMS text to a mobile phone within the same country as the sender.
